How is Ozone Treatment Done?

Ozone treatment is the application of ozone as a side treatment in medical conditions. Ozone has a good germicidal properties and is used in many diseases.

There are several methods of ozone treatment.

For treatment, pigments are compressed to form various drugs. These drugs are integrated into the body and the aim is to eliminate the disease. In addition to the direct blood route, intramuscular injections, direct intra-articular applications, direct wounds on open wounds, and rectal administration are among the many types of applications.

Major Autohemotherapy

In this treatment method, blood is taken from the patient and treatment is performed. Age-related diseases are used for revitalization of circulatory disorders, viral diseases and general immune system activation. With this method, 50 – 100 ml of blood is taken from the patient and mixed with ozone and returned to the patient. Ozone reacts with specific substances that make up the red and white blood cells and thus increases metabolism. This activated blood is returned to the patient using a normal dropper.

In the treatment method called minor autohemotherapy, 3-5 ml of blood is ozonated and returned to the patient. This method is used in allergic diseases and to strengthen the immune system.

External Therapy

It is a method used for feet and legs.

Ozone gas is circulated in a special plastic boat in a closed system or bags are made with foils suitable for different parts of the body. These materials are made of ozone-resistant materials. The part of the body to be treated is moistened with water beforehand because ozone does not affect dry areas. The aim of this method is to treat ulcers, wounds, open wounds and postoperative lesions.

Other methods include the use of ozonated pure water and the right ozonated right medical oil in diseases such as eczema and fungi.

Rectal Insufflation

Although rectal administration of O3 gas is not welcome, the patient does not experience any discomfort. The gas is directly absorbed by the intestinal wall. Since the materials used are disposable, they are hygienic and the patient can apply them on their own. This method is often used for general health and revitalization.

Intraarticular Injection

Ozone gas is slowly injected into the joint by trained people. This method applies painful insertion.
